Ordering Information

Ordering with Home Soft things is quick and easy once you have selected the items of the entire order into your shopping cart and checked out. After you have received your order number and received the confirmation email our amazing staff does the rest.

Every order takes about 1 business day to ship directly to the customer. The order is sent to our secure center and everything is verified from the customer name, billing address, shipping address, ordered items, and fraud checked. The order is sent to the warehouse where is it is boxed or packaged carefully with the invoice and extra goodies such as new product catalogs and/or instructions on the care of your products ordered. The package then receives a shipping label of the desired shipping address and depending on the time of day is dropped off at the carrier shipping hub or picked up directly from our warehouse. From the Home Soft Things location in California most carriers deliver the product to the destination between 5 to 7 businesses days depending on the class of shipping selected.
