Returns / Exchanges

Home Soft Things offers full guaranteed returns or exchanges within 30 day. The product must be complete in its original packaging for resell and not have been washed, abused, or worn dirty. If you are not completely satisfied with our products we will give you 100% back of the purchase price of the item less shipping.

How it works:

Contact customer service through phone at (Toll Free) - (844) 381-0111 or by email at exchanges@homesoftthings.com and explain the reason for your return. If it is a factory defect issue or order problem you may be asked to take a photo of the physical product and send it to us to verify the problem. If you are looking for an exchange you may still be asked to pay for shipping back to us depending on the reason.

Once we have approved the return or exchange you will be asked to ship back the product to us or if it is a defect we will provide you with a Return RMA/Packing slip.

Once you have shipped the package you will need to notify us the tracking confirmation number and the shipping service provider.

Faulty Product Returns:

We will only cover an RMA Return cost on items that have had a manufacturing defect, or faulty problems caused by our company or staff as an exchange. All other item return shipping is covered by the buyer and is responsible for giving us the package tracking number information as well as any other additional information that is pertinent to the packaged order itself.

Regular Customer Returns:

If you would like to return an order, or exchange an order then you will be responsible for the shipping back to our company and accept full responsibility for the insurance of its arrival back to our warehouse.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without this information.

Once we have receive the return:

Once we have received the package we will then inspect the item and give you a full refund on the order minus the shipping.

  • The whole process time confirmation from the time of order item received takes 1 business day to complete.
  •  Note that once we credit back your order, depending on the card holder bank or credit institution will depend on how quickly you receive your credit back on your balance.
