Shipping Guide

At Home Soft Things we use multiple carriers among them are UPS, and USPS. We currently only ship in the United States and we only charge the regular rates based on the carrier you have selected. If you have received a promotional shipping code or free shipping then those custom pricing will apply, if you have received free shipping then the order will ship out at the lowest cost shipping that we can provide and make take up to 3 to 5 business days for delivery. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and you can view the status of your package in our account center.

Our rates are designated by the customer selection as well as the dimensional weight of the package. Each item is different and will be changed accordingly in checkout. We use API’s which is a program that gives our customer the exact shipping cost based on weight.

Returns and Exchanges:

At Home Soft Things we offer a complete 30 day money back guarantee if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item. All returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the item has not been used or abused, less the shipping. All return items must include original packaging and are in resalable condition. We will not accept any used, washed or damaged products. Please follow the instructions on the packing slip to return your package.

Sales Tax:

All orders are tax free for the exception of our home base state of California. All California orders will be taxed at the standard 8%.

International Shipping:

You may inquire about international shipping through email or by phone but we currently do not ship outside of the United States. We have plans for shipping internationally in the future but for now we only ship domestic.
